Ingredients Servings 12
1. 3 tbsp. of butter
2. 1 Tsp. of Vanilla Extract
3. 4 Cups of miniature marshmallows
4. 4 Cups of crisp rice cereal
Directions:
1. Coat a 9 x 13 inch pan with spray oil or margarine
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over low heat. Add the vanilla. Melt the marshmallows into the margarine, stirring. Add the cereal when the marshmallows have melted; stir until cereal is coated. Quickly pour into the prepared pan. (oiled or buttered pan) Use a sheet of waxed paper to press the mixture down flat and evenly into the pan.
3. Let set for 2 to 3 hours. (Or overnight) Cut into squares.!!!!
Also for a more fruity taste you can use fruity pebbles instead of crisp rice cereal.
For a more chocolate taste you can use coco pebbles instead of crisp rice cereal.
Also for something fun you can add in mini M&Ms!
