Hi Chefs! One of my all time favorite fall/winter cookies are the GIANT CHERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! These are so rich and delicious! The skill lever for these I would say is medium.
Skill levels Beginner- easy to do Medium- easy but takes a little skill Advanced- Takes time and hard work Let's get started! Sorry KS and I haven't posted in awhile it's just been so busy for us! What you need: 1 cup of butter softened 3/4 cup of Brown sugar 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tsp. of vanilla 2 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats 1 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour 2 tsp. Apple pie spice (or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. all spice & 1/4 tsp. nutmeg) 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups of dried cranberries 1 bag of white chocolate chips What to do: Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Add next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Then stir in cherries and white chocolate chips (Be careful when you do this step, because you don't want crushed chips!) Drop great big spoonful's onto a cookie sheet. Then bake at 375 for about 9-12 minutes. Let cookies rest on sheet for a minute after removing from oven, transfer to a wire wrack I used my Kitchen Aid mixer to make these (I'll leave the link below) but you could use a beater to! http://www.kohls.com/product/prd-25941/KitchenAid-Artisan-5-qt-Stand-Mixer.jsp?pfm=rrrecs-pdp-gtab1 (it's on sale too!) We have had our kitchen aid mixer for about 10 years! Still works great. Please leave a comment below, telling us how this recipe turned out for you guys! Feel free to send a photo to @ [email protected] with the subject line My creation. Thank you and God bless! <3 KR Hi Chiefs,

Today we will make Homemade Frosting. This recipe is great for cookies, cake, and cupcakes! This recipe is supper easy and fun! With out further ado, lets grab our aprons and start!
INGREDIENTS 8 tbsp. of butter, at room temperature 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract 3 tbsp. of whole milk, as needed 3 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar DIRECTIONS: 1. Beat the butter, 2 tbsp. milk, and the vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. 2. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the confectioner's sugar, beating until the frosting is spreadable. if the frosting is too stiff, add the remaining milk. Fun Flavors! Adding Cream cheese to the frosting, makes a more stable frosting with a slightly tangy flavor, that makes a perfect topper for carrot cakes or classic red velvet cake. Want a chocolate version? Add in cocoa powder or melted chocolate! Hope you enjoyed! ~KR Hi Chiefs,
