Hi chefs! A couple of days ago, I found this recipe in a folder. It was titled "cookies to stamp"???? I think these are sugar cookies??? What do you think? Well lets grab our aprons and find out!
Ingredients:
1 cup of butter softened
1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cup of all purpose flower
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 egg
1 tsp. of vanilla
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add other ingredients. Then form a small ball. roll top in white or colored sugar.
Press with clay stamper (I don't know that that means? I think you could use a rolling pin??)
Bake 6-9 minutes.
It was signed Ms. Forsberg????
It is very strange because I know no one of that name???
