Hi Chefs! Today We will make Peanut butter cocoa no bake easy cookies! This recipe makes about 24 servings and is very quick to make. You don't even have to use your oven for this recipe! With out further ado, lets grab out aprons and start!
Ingredients:
2 cups of flower
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup of peanut butter
3 cups of quick cooking oats
1/2 cup of chopped nuts (I don't use nuts, they are optional.)
2 tsp. of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Place a piece of wax paper or foil on a cookie sheet. Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a medium sauce pan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
3. Remove from heat; cool for 1 minute
4. Add peanut butter; stir to blend. Add oats, peanuts and vanilla; stir to mix well. Quickly drop mixture by heaping tsps. onto wax paper or foil. Cool completely. Store in a cool, dry place.
